Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations while minimizing downtime.

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our Maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment, diagnosing electrical faults, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and breakdowns.
Install, inspect, and test electrical systems and components.
Maintain motors, control panels, MCCs, transformers, VFDs, and PLC systems.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and company procedures.
Prepare maintenance reports and update maintenance records.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Participate in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
Supervise contractors during electrical maintenance activities when required.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
1–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance within industrial or manufacturing environments.
Good knowledge of electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, and industrial automation.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems.
Good command of English.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
